Message variances in cars that come off the assembly line.

If you have a bunch of sample data of various cars of the same model tested over the years (in our case the 300ZXTT) by various people, and you get for example:

14.2, 14.1, 14.6, 13.9, 13.9, 14.3, 13.7, etc.

That's not enough evidence to suggest the car is a "13.7" second car.
